The city of Port Wine has something magical in its atmosphere. Only when you walk around the city, among the remarkable Portuguese architecture or along the beautiful seaside, you can feel the spirit of the city. Being the second largest city in Portugal, Porto or also called Oporto offers many interesting places to be seen and events to be visited.

Many cultural and educational events take place in Porto. You can visit numerous plays, operas and museums. The most famous museum is of contemporary art- Museu Serralves, which together with The SE, a cathedral situated in the center of the city, is a favorite destination for the tourists. The famous Old Trams are another attraction that you cannot miss. Most of them are initially from the 1930’s and their original look is preserved. Now they run only in Ribeira and along the river to Passeio Alegre, in the old town of Foz.
