Bern
Bern (Berne), Switzerland is one of the most legendary cities of all time. Also in the Old Town district, climb the highest tower in Switzerland inside the awe inspiring, late gothic Munster Cathedral that glares down on the city streets. Bern is also home to the impressive Kunstmuseum that exhibits work from Picasso, Pollack, Cezanne, Kandinsky, and Willy Weber. No matter what your taste is for nightlife, Bern has it! Bern is full of bars and night clubs ranging from the glitzy Babalu, where techno and house boom into the night, to the atmospheric Shwarz and Trionfini’s Cocktail Club, where the only thing smoother than the Jack Daniels is the voice of Miles Davis. A living time capsule, Bern was named a World Heritage Site by the United Nations alongside places such as Florence, Petra and the Taj Mahal, and at one time, held the title of “The Most Floral City in Europe”.
